EBAY - Not a new idea!!
In a recent discussion with friends, one a part time EBAYer the topic of conversation turned to his success.
He said that EBAY has been supplementing his normal employment for some time now but recently he had run out of things to sell.
His concern was that he could not find any thing suitable to purchase that would give him a reasonable return at auction.
It was then that one of our group spoke up and said...I read somewhere that a good way to get products to sell is by going to garage and yard sales at the end of the day and offering to purchase their leftover goods.
Fast forward four weeks...Pete took this idea on board and has done just that.
On speaking with him today he said, I get a lot of goods for nothing this way but at most my investment is very low.
Some of the goods have no real value but in offering to take the goods away for free the seller does not have to clean up so everyone wins.
His return on investment over this period has been 17:1, that is a return of $17.00 for every $1.00 spent.
It just goes to show that opportunities are there for the taking, you just need to know how to turn them to your advantage.

How many times have you...wondered if there is an easy way to profit from things you see everyday?
Everyone would like to know how to make an income from everyday items.
This article will share with you just a few ways that you can easily identify and create winning products.
Take a look around you, Look closely at book and magazine titles, billboards, advertising, TV commercials, Junk mail.
Everyday life will present you with hundreds of opportunities, just ask yourself on each occasion:
"How can I make M*O*N*E*Y out of this"
Key points to consider:
# 1 - People only buy what they want or feel they need.
The average person has a strong desire to achieve, if they see something that takes their eye it generally triggers an
emotion...such as, if I buy this I can, improve myself, be the envy of my friends, increase my income etc.
# 2 - Be specific, narrow your focus on the product or information.
You need to help your potential client to get exactly what they want.
To achieve this you need to ensure that you describe the product in fine detail pointing out how the purchaser will
benefit.
# 3 - Define your market.
You need to clearly identify your market, as an example there is no point in pitching a high priced product or
service to low income families.
Research your potential market carefully and structure your proposal so it has immediate appeal to them.
# 4 - Carefully study your competitors products.
Take a close look at your competitors products, what similarities do your programs have.
Identify the areas in which your product is superior or offers a greater benefit to your customer.
Also look at the way your competitor markets there product, is it marketed online or offline?
An example of this process could be:
You are browsing the magazine rack at your local book store and you are taken by a picture on the front of a fishing
publication.
Reading through the magazine you see it is dedicated to salt water fishing.
Of note is the fact that there is only one ad promoting fishing equipment, searching through past issues shows you
the same ad has been running for months so it is obviously successful.
Readership of this magazine is around the 55000 mark so it offers a good size target audience.
Now you decide to exploit your findings, use the tips shown earlier, research the market and structure a book, report
or article to address the need.
You can add extra value by joining an affiliate program that offers fishing equipment.
Use the same publication to promote your package or you may launch it online as well.
Now you have potential income from your book and commission from introducing buyers to your fishing equipment supplier.
Principally you have just taken a proven idea with a known market and improved it...that's all there is to it.
This is just a simple analogy but the potential is huge.
Always ask yourself "How can I make M*O*N*E*Y out of this" and you will have a never ending stream of potential income
earning ideas.
