Hi! All,
My name is Terry Austin & my username is "zippy".
I am aged 58 and live in the UK, but only until 31st March,
because from then i will be a resident of Turkey.
I am disabled, so i am trying to earn a living online.
Basically through affiliations, and building a web presense.
I am a member of a couple of systems & programs that
are starting to develop an income, but i am still on a learning curve,
about using the internet to build this income into a residual income.
As a lot of you, the learning curve has been expensive for me, largely due
to sponsors, who are recruiters and not mentors. They have only been
interested in their income, and not building a relationship with me, to find out
what i want out life. It is a shame there are so many mercenary sponsors
out there. They forget the golden rules of network marketing, and that is:
Network marketing is not about sales, it is about building a team of people.
If you build a relationship with people, they will then see what you are doing,
and if they then think you are on a good thing, they will follow you, and stay with you.
I am sorry, i digress.
I am interested in joining forces with people who are not out to make a killing
out of me, but to build a relationship, and butt heads, so to speak, about networking,
and marketing together to build a residual relationship.
I look forward to conversing with like minded souls,
Terry Austin.
PS: Feel free to contact me, if what i have said interests you? |

Hi Terry and Welcome to the Forum.
Firstly may I ask why the move to Turkey...I'm sure it's a great country but what is the real attraction for you?
In regards to earning a living online let me say this, there is a lot of hype around as to the money that can be made online, it is certainly possible but it requires a lot of patience and persistance.
In my experience working as an Affiliate can be rewarding but unless you have a strong list that fits the niche you are trying to promote or you are willing to spend a lot on Google Adsense or other promotion the returns may not be what you are expecting.
Obviously I don't want to discourage you but this is a reality of online business.
What I suggest is this, provide us with a strong outline of your intentions and why you decided upon them and we as a group will provide some guidance.
Cheers
