Hi Guy's,

Am I the only one that is confused by this Web 2.0 chat that seems to be all over the net?

As I understand it sites like Squidoo and others fit the frame of Web 2.0, but what is it thats different to anything else?

Or is it just hype?

Can anyone offer some insight please?

I think they are jumping the gun a little bit.

From what I gather Web 2.0 is more about personalizing yourself with everyone. Making video so people can see you and relate to you(youtube). Getting to know whi they are buying from or who they are investing with. Social marketing is a part of it but a big part is video blogging etc.
