| I'm interested in the ebook industry but I have a big concern about copyrights. After finishing an eBook, How can I protect my authorship/copy rights from unscrupulous people? Any suggestions? |

| I have often wondered about that myself. I have wanted to write some things for some time now and have a pretty good work in progress. I don't know, however, how to go about making sure other people don't steal and re-sell my stuff. |

I was wondering this myself too a while ago when I finished a Learn Spanish eBook and someone told me to just save the original files of all my work and the actual ebook on a CD, hard copies are optional and help too, then mail it to yourself by certified mail and keep that in a secure place. If you ever encounter any legal problems, then you'll have some evidence that shows you're are the author of the eBook
I think this is a pretty cheap way to get copyrights but I'm not sure how effective it is. |
