Just interested in what you all might be doing in regards to using Pay Per Click?
Who is using Adwords or any other PPC medium and what is your purpose and success rate?
Are you using PPC to promote a product, build your list or something else?
I look forward to your feedback.
Regards

cesc, remember that Google is doing a lot to eliminate click fraud. They've recently got rid of the majority of arbitragers, so advertisers will definitely be seeing a major decline in useless traffic.

That's true Juice, but there are so many "groups" out there that "help" eachother out by going around to each of their sites and clicking on their ads multiple times. These people are making thousands by doing this, by the way.

No I am not using PPC and actually never have. I just found that I had better revenue through my products and services and so I put all my money into that. And from the avenue of using PPC to get more visitors I never tried that either as I never seemed to have a problem gathering customers on my own.

I do use pay per click to get traffic, but I don't pay more than .25 a click. I have had pretty good luck with click through rate and conversion. This also takes trial and error, but once you get it it can be very useful. I try and find words relating to what I am doing, but with low advertising competition. This has been working out well!

Hi Keith,
I have been using Adwords for about 3 years now and have managed to stay alive with all of the changes that Google has put us through.
I use Adwords to promote products, affiliate and my own. I have been having great results with Adwords, if you have any questions let me know. |
