I'm planning on starting a ppc campaign. First with yahoo, and then move on to google adwords. What's the best way to analyze the ppc conversion rates? I'm thinking of doing a landing page for yahoo and a landing page for google. Should I do yahoo analytics on the yahoo landing page(s) and google analytics for the google landing page(s). Are they comparable? Or is there a program that I could use on both pages that would be more comprehensive?

I would go with the two landing pages for now. That would probably be the easiest to set up. You're going to want to split test your copy, so you'll be making multiple landing pages anyway.

You can get away with the one landing page - all you'll have to do is paste both tracking codes within the page's <body> tags.
