Hi All,

I am sure at some time or other most of you have tried to secure quality links from other sites.

In my experience this is somewhat of a difficult process, people fail to respond to your request or ask you to post a link to them on your site first but then they fail to reciprocate.

What have you found to be the most successful way in which you have been able to secure relevant links?

Perhaps if there is enough interest we could set up a category here for exchanges?

Your comments.

Cheers Wink

Exchanging links is a very time consuming process when done correctly. Checking to ensure that your link partners put you on a page that dosen't use sneaky redirects, no follow tags, blocked robots.txt files and a plethora of other gotchas is tedious to say the least. Then there is the whole issue of relevancy which another can of worms.

Hi Kevin,

You can directly place your link on our PR6 site at
http://www.quickregister.net/infowizards (Alexa 36,602)

We are especially looking for internet marketing and
SEO related websites but we do have many other
general categories as well if your site does not
specifically fit into that niche.

Also you can place your link on other site (Alexa 29,880)
at http://www.leadclub.net/infowizards

In addition check out my friend Sebastian's similar
link exchange system at http://www.promotionpalace.com
(Alexa 34,140)

These the permanent link pages are getting indexed by
the search engines according to their niche categories
and are starting to bring in some nice targeted traffic for our
partners.

Thanks,

Matt
