As many of you will be aware I have discussed before the practicalities and advantages of using articles for your site promotion.

With the recent growth in the number of Article Directories being launched I thought I would research this as a possible additional resource to use for promoting one of my sites.

Currently there are a number of "Free" scripts being offered around but I thought it would be nice if you could source a script free or paid that offers the following features...Ability to provide RSS/XML feeds, Simple addition of Google Adsense, Easy to modify template or a choice of many and a Search function.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Hi Kevin,

There is a free article directory script available from [url=http://www.articledashboard.com/]Article Dashboard[/url] that will allow people to subscribe to RSS feeds in the category(s) they would like to be alerted to when update. It also offers email notification.

I've added the script to my site. You can see it [url=http://www.homebusiness-websites.com/articles/]here[/url] if you want to. You will see I have modified the templates to make it look like part of my site. I could have added Adsense (I suppose) if I wanted to.

Note that this is a new script, and it is a little buggy. I've reported the bugs I found and the author of the script has suggested they will be fixed in a future update.
