What FTP client is best to use? Do you pay for one or do you use the free ones. I have found SmartFTP, is anyone familiar?

I think I have an old copy of SmartFTP. I liked it well enough but I usually use WS_FTP. FileZilla is a good one too. Here is the link for it:
