Currently, I use frontpage to make websites. I get free templates from http://oswd.org. I really like using templates from there and can make a decent looking site. Unfortunately, it takes me just shy of forever to create a simple 5 page site. I've heard some good things about xsitepro, and that it makes it easy and fast to create a website, especially one geared towards internet marketing.
Can you integrate templates with xsitepro, or will I have to make my own designs? Is it fairly simple to make a decent looking website if you are not a graphics person? |

Hi PamelaR,
I have been using XSitePro for over two years now and YES you can make websites very fast.
If you have a template that you want to use in XSitePro, you will have to slice it into image panels and then bring the sliced images into XSitePro. I use photo shop and after you do it a few times it becomes very fast and easy. |

Thanks Jason.
My husband is pretty good at using programs like photo shop, so maybe I can outsource that task to him. XSitePro isn't in my budget for this month, but I think I will put it on my budget for next month. |

I've kept a close eye on XSitePro for a while now but can't convince myself to fork out the cash for it. Does anyone have any links to honest reviews of it? All I can manage to find are reviews that you have to pay for to read. |

Hi Juice,
Actually right now is a great time to buy XSitePro. You can buy version 1 now and get a free upgrade to version 2 when it comes out in a few months.
I bought XSP in 2005, so I will have to pay for the upgrade, but I wont think twice about it. As good as version 1 has been, I can't wait for version 2.
If you have any questions, let me know and I will do my best to answer them. |

| I had never heard of xsitepro before. I am very familiar with Frontpage however. I will do some research myself, but what are the benefits to switching to xsitepro vs what I am currently using? |

I have heard about many different sitebuilders, some easy to use, some not so.
What makes XSitePro so good?
Is it a paint by numbers type of program or do you need a basic understanding of HTML?
Regards

Hi Darren,
Yep, one in the same.
Hi Keith,
XsitePro is the easiest and best web editor that I have found. Been using it for over 2 years and it just keeps getting better and better.
Everyone is really excited about ver 2 coming out in a few months, I think it is going to be REALLY GOOD.
XSP has a 1 year money back guarantee. Buy it now, if you like it you will get ver 2 for free, if you don't like it you get your money back.
It's worth a look. |
